My hair was destroyed until I stumbled upon Caio Bella 2 years ago. truly cannot say enough good about this place. I am from Nashville Tennessee where hospitality is our full name yet, i have never felt so appreciated and taken care of as a customer anywhere else where i have gotten my hair done. Better yet, no one can accomplish the blond highlights on my very dark naturally curly hair without it breaking off, therefore, since i found Alda i come in from Nashville every couple of months so she can work her magic. I am treated like gold by Erin, Alda and Daya. Their vibe and spirit make me feel like a new person. The massages also are unmatched from anywhere i have been. Yall are truly my “hairapists”. What a special place this is!!!
Alda was amazing she not only gave my wife one of the best haircut she’s ever gotten in her life, but she was very knowledgeable and helped her get the best haircut for her and took the time to teach her how to style it
Incredible day spa and salon in the heart of Islamorada. Gilda and her team have so much heart and care in this wellness space, and it shows. I am a regular at their Wednesday Aerial/Suspended Yoga class (Glenda teacher) and WOW it changes my week! Today, I just tried Ashtanga Yoga with Christy and that was one of the best yoga sessions I've had in a long time.
The gift shop is full of carefully-curated and beautiful wellness products. There's also red light therapy upstairs and other fun events planned. I've heard only good things about massages and other treatments.
