Ciao Bella encompasses all the angles to wellness and self care. If you are searching for the best on the island go to Caio Bella. I’ve fallen in love with the Yoga Studio, Vitality Booth and Recovery Room. I had experienced an injury and could not re engage with a yoga community for the last 5 years, no matter how much I tried. I was devastated. I have come here many years for facials with Gilda (which are amazing). So I was excited to see they had begun to offer yoga since I had last been on the island. I started private lessons with Gilda. Those sessions brought me out of my shell again. I went to a group class, it was beautiful, and I had found what was lost. I’ve been a regular participant at class ever since. The instructors are incredible, Krissy, Gilda and Glenda. There is Ariel yoga too! The wellness space on the second floor is airy, clean and serene.
I highly recommend going to a class and taking advantage of their compression therapy followed by the vitality booth. Red light therapy is all the rage right now and for good reason. It’s been around for decades and finally become a mainstream juggernaut for anti aging.
I would hope anyone living here or visiting comes to experience the many services and experiences they provide.

My wife and I have been in Islamorada for 2 months. The yoga instructors are all top notch; very knowledgeable about the body. The suspension yoga was new to us and was a blast!
Additionally, the spa is an incredible space. We both have been enjoying the massages, facials, and the other special procedures customized for us. Most importantly, to say Gilda and her staff are professional is an understatement as they are all warm and lovely people. People we now call friends.

Great cut and color by Erin Davis. It took me a long time to find a go to person for my hair in the keys.
After some disappointing experiences with hairstylists in the past, I was a bit nervous about trying someone new. But Erin immediately put me at ease by listening carefully to my concerns and taking the time to explain exactly what she was going to do.
I asked for a simple short layered cut for my fine, thin hair that framed my face, that I could either style or wash and go. She executed it perfectly! The cut looks natural, fresh, and exactly how I envisioned it. Her expertise really shows not only in how she worked with my hair type to create a flattering style that’s easy to manage but in the way she took the time to talk with me about my past dreadful experience and assure me that she "understood the assignment".
